The Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club refund policy is to accommodate a refund where possible for the payment types and under the related conditions listed below.
In order to receive a refund for membership renewal in the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club, a request for refund must be received in writing, with in 2 working days of the original membership renewal request, from the person paying for the membership with a postal mailing address to send the refund to. The date used to mark the membership renewal mailed in request will be the U.S. Post Office date stamp on the postal mail. The request for refund may be sent to the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club by either e-mail or postal mail. Requests for refunds by phone will not be honored. The date used for marking the reception of the refund request as valid, will be the U.S. Post Office date stamp on the postal mail.
No refund will be issued after the member receives their new membership card.
No refund will be issued until the original payment has cleared the bank for checks.
The refund will come in the form of a check. The Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club will make every effort to send out the refund with in four working weeks after receipt of the refund request.

The request for refund may be sent to the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club by either e-mail or postal mail. Requests for refunds by phone will not be honored. The date used for marking the reception of the refund request as valid, will be the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club mail service in box or the U.S. Post Office date stamp on the postal mail.

Requests for refunds received during the summer shutdown of the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club office will be handled after the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club office opens in the fall. In order to receive a refund for payments made at the event, the request must be made before the event commences. The participants check or cash will be returned by the same activity coordinator that collected the activity event fee.
No refund will be issued after the start of the activity event.
In order to receive a refund for payments made at the courtesy range, the request must be made before usage of the courtesy range commences. The participants check or cash will be returned by the same Range Safety Officer that collected the courtesy range usage fee.
No refund will be issued after the start of the usage of the courtesy range. Usage of the courtesy range is defined by the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club as departing from the Range Safety Officer office.
